BB Accomplishments:
I got up to 222 in 3/2007 8 weeks. Clean eating and lotsa lifting made me look pretty good. I wasnt routinely checking bf % though. Lost the weight (and tone) working a lot in last few months. Never really had an objective measure last time, besides weight change. I felt like i got trimmer, but didn't look at before/after stats. Liked my improvement over summer 2007, but now just staying afloat in Spring 2008 with minimal improvement with 3x/wk gym and cardio 2-3x week.

whey protein, simple carbohydrate
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
ff plain cottage cheese or plain yogurt with fresh berries. Ak-Mak crackers with Chevre and a good Chianti is also nice.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Not much-healthy food can be great, it's just quite a bit more expensive
