How I Started:
Started out in High School but was not committed, I recently just got into it and boy does it feel good. I have more energy and Im ligther on my feet and within 3 weeks i have lost close to 5 pounds!!
Why I Love It:
It feels good, u breathe better, look better and everything that comes with it self confidence, and the ladies!
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at myself in the mirror lets me know that I can get bigger, faster, and stronger.

so far it has to be getting down on the scale and building muscle
