My Workout Program

Monday - Chest, triceps...run and abs
Tuesday - Biceps, back...run
Wednesday - Shoulders, legs...run and abs
Thursday - Chest, tri's...run
Friday - Biceps, back...run and abs
Saturday - Shoulders, legs...run
Sunday - REST

I'm doing abs every other day to give more recovery time and I believe running should be part of my everyday workout (aside from Sunday) because I've always found that important.

dustin156 i actually got my bodyfat percentage from the gym i go to. they offer it for free. im not sure on the equipment and stuff they use though. Jun 26, 2007 3:00pm
