I aim to cycle strength training and overall functional, agility, speed exercises to improve for sport. I want to be ready for anything!

I believe there certain "fundamental" supplements that active people should take, and then there are ones that fill in the gaps.

On a daily basis I take: Universal's Animal Pak, BB.COM's Whey and Casein, ON Fish Oil. I also take Infinite Labs' Juggernaut HP PWO, Infinite Force intra-workout, Final Form, BCAAs, Glutamine MTX, Cyclo REM, and CarnoCre. For a sometimes fat burner I prefer Infinite Labs' Final Cutz HP.

I have a long (and deadly) family history of heart disease. I AM going to change that for myself and MY family.

My dad died of a heart attack at the age of 34. He had a more minor one 10 days earlier and passed it off as indigestion/heartburn. I was 8 years old. I am now 33, and I turn 34 in July! I have had regular yearly physicals, and while I am also a little hard-headed and a "tough guy", I am more sensitive to certain ailments and my heart health. My latest stress test showed that I had the heart of a 25 year old... and that was before I ever got connected with bodybuilding.com! I am motivated by the thrill of competition (rec sports), the desire for a healthy lifestyle, and the benefit of a long, full life.

  • Well, I actually just saw it today. I've got 5 weeks (including this one) on the current program that I'm doing - which was written by ME! I'm always up for a challenge though, and I now know I'm going on vacation the third week in July, so that becomes an interim goal of sorts!

  • That's cool. Gives you the month of June to try something new. The thing I like most about the Stoppani program is how he explains everything, so if for some reason you can't do a particular exercise, you can figure out ways to modify it. I'm bouncing between P90X and Insanity Asylum right now, but am interested in trying S2S for a week and see if I can manage in my basement while the kids sleep. :)
