I have tried many plans from the common 6-8 small meals a day to the LeanGains IF protocol. I am still trying to find what works BEST for me
My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy
I believe there certain "fundamental" supplements that active people should take, and then there are ones that fill in the gaps.
On a daily basis I take: Universal's Animal Pak, BB.COM's Whey and Casein, ON Fish Oil. I also take Infinite Labs' Juggernaut HP PWO, Infinite Force intra-workout, Final Form, BCAAs, Glutamine MTX, Cyclo REM, and CarnoCre. For a sometimes fat burner I prefer Infinite Labs' Final Cutz HP.
