In this picture I weighed 230. I weighed 260 when I was in high school, then I worked construction and lost my way to 185. Two years ago I got engaged, and gained a lot of weight.
I put on some weight, but my arms are still pretty big.

I will be focusing on building muscle for this goal. I successfully reached my last goal to lose a large amount of weight. Now I plan to gain a lot of muscle with a focus on my abs and arms. I hope to become bb's transformation of the week.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to ipod, No xplode, and cardio first cuz it gets my heart going.

Hey guys. So when I started hitting the Gym hard about a year ago I dropped my weight from 233 to 210. Then when I got on this site I was fluctuating between 205-215 while doing tons of heavy lifting and watching my stats explode. About three months ago I started working extra hours to save up...
