I have lifted on and off since High School. I started to get serious in August of 07.

the adrenaline rush and seeing physical changes to my body.

Working on staying motivated without watching the scale, but it is tough.

In this picture I weighed 230. I weighed 260 when I was in high school, then I worked construction and lost my way to 185. Two years ago I got engaged, and gained a lot of weight.
I put on some weight, but my arms are still pretty big.

I will be focusing on building muscle for this goal. I successfully reached my last goal to lose a large amount of weight. Now I plan to gain a lot of muscle with a focus on my abs and arms. I hope to become bb's transformation of the week.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to ipod, No xplode, and cardio first cuz it gets my heart going.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Help me stay motivated, and to try to motivate some of them.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
None, sometime protein powder.
