What are you doing for cardio in addition to normal PT? I'm a big fan of 20 to 30 minutes of cardio around 9 PM. I then have a protein shake just before bed. My BF starting dropping pretty quick after that. Make sure you are using a good whey protein.
It was challenging but it was good I was able to swim about 50 laps and ran about five miles and then lifted today in class. So as you can guess I am hella tired. How’s your training going?
Ken, thanks for the add and I know exactly what you mean being setting the standard. Concenttrate on the workouts. Get your run time faster and focus on boosting your gym lifts. Put your energy here and the rest will fall in place. Don't restrict calories just food choices! Eat healthy and as much as you need to keep the engine running strong!
Training is coming a long well. I can't do too much cardio, but the weight is slowly but surely coming off. I don't find but 50 minutes a day to work out and am making the best of it.
