Looking to get a little bit thicker, widen out my traps, and improve my quad sweep. Accomplishing this while stripping some fat!
Goal (Long):
Running through my mind right now is trying to do something that I have never tried before. I am 232 right now, but I am going to drop to 215-220 and just cut up a little more while improving my overall muscle mass distribution.
I am going to increase my cardio not counting Judo sessions, and decrease my carb count by 10 percent each day starting out as my metabolism is already through the roof.
---Starting 5/18 the party starts, I will post my before picture, and then a new one every couple weeks or so. I am setting the end date to be 7/18 so let's get it on!---
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If you are lifting properly and moving some weight then have at it. I don't grunt, I may throw and ugh out there every so often.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Nike Sweatpants, and a longsleeve shirt(usually nike or underarmour)It takes longer than I owuld like for my body to warm-up so this helps, and it is comfortable.
