I try to do cardio about one day a week (I know...I need to do more).  This week I changed it up and did the following:

The three exercises are done consecutively without any rest in between for a period of 25 minutes:

jump rope - 1 minute

45 lb. kettlebell swings - 25 reps

jump rope...

Workout Program:
I vary my workouts week to week. I like to change up which bodyparts I work together in each workout. I always incorporate compound movements (deadlifts, squats, bench, clean and press, etc.) in all my workouts.

So far I its ok. I have been changing my workouts and diet in prep for the fitness comp in April 2010. I just read Body Opus and am trying to sort out my ketogenic diet plan. Have you heard of that before?
