I vary my workouts week to week. I like to change up which bodyparts I work together in each workout. I always incorporate compound movements (deadlifts, squats, bench, clean and press, etc.) in all my workouts.
The meet was awesome. Saw some world records fall. Tony squatted 780 @ 49yrs old and 165lbs to set a world record. That was just amazing. Me... I'm nowhere near pulling 600 - yet. I'll be trying a new PR sometime next month.
Hey kenji211 S.R.T(SPECIAL RESPONSE TEAM).What we do is break up fights in the dorms ,cells with inmates who are fighting with another inmate or a officer.

I took waaaaaaay to much time off and got real unmotivated. I am finally back to the gym (about 6 weeks now. I am going in the morning to lift and in the evening for abs and cardio. It took me a while to get all the aches and pains out.
Pretty good, we just started conditioning for football yesterday, that was brutal. I will still be working out with Bennett when I can though. How's everything going for you?
I dont want to talk about it! Got caught up in life i guess. Workin 2 jobs now but still finding time to work out friday-monday mornings. how've you been bro?!?!?
