All ways done it just not as much as i do now. i started in the 6th grade but at the time i did know what i could yeild. But Now That im in the military the only thing i can realy do and enjoy is lift weights.
Why I Love It:
when I wake up in the morning and see what every one else sees in the mirror The progress, dedication and hard work and knowing it will never end until you want it to.

just Thinking. "Why Im Getting Better Every One Else Is Setting On There Asses"
