Hey Girl!
Congratulations on the 8 pound weight loss!! Keep up the good work!
So I've actually decided to start training with my man about 4 times a week and 3 times a week by myself at the gym. I think I am getting over the plateau, it definitely helps with him pushing me; sometimes I need an extra push, and some tough love!
I've been pretty busy this week - between hair appointments and interviews (I know, not a good excuse, but I NEEDED my hair done) So I've only been to the gym once =/ But I've done my cardio in the morning. The focus is going to be on me for the next few weeks, so I will let you know how much I drop at the end of the month!
Anyways girl, keep working at it!

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Sry the previous Ceejay comment was me.. I forgot to log on! haha

Im goin thru the same thing. I made some progress. I learned that it helps when i lift heavier weights (don't be afraid, Ur not gonna get HUGE) and so high intensity cardio 3 x a week. Eat clean as possible. Dont think that eating clean is plain and crappy taste food. its actually good if u use the right seasonings. Hope that helps. Im workin on the goal myself. Keep doin it n ull see results. *dont use my prgress pics, they're not updated* Hope it helps. TTyl
