This was taken when we were camping last summer. I haven't changed a whole lot from this...I look horrible and shouldn't have let myself get this bad from college..
There's a fair amount of re-inventing I shall be doing by way of bustin' my butt!!! Wish me well!
Goal (Long):
I want to take my body and slim it down while gaining a fair amount of muscle.
My main motivation is improving my quality of life as I venture through my 20's!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I have my boyfriend and he is helpful in letting me know what I should be doing...pretty much my personal trainer. I sometimes would rather be alone, but again, he's helpful.

Where do you mainly workout?
Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I can't afford a proper gym membership. But at home I have a weight machine and a few other things. Not to mention, lots of country roads to run on.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Well, looks like I'm going on to round 2 of re-start!!! Who would have thought that I'd just fall off the wagon again and again and again...it's not a good thing!!!
In the last year, I've had times where I've dropped around 13lbs but then it just creeps back on because I don't stick...
I did Body for Life at the beginning of the year, and I am a firm believer! I think it is a very sound diet plan and workout regimen. I found that I could eat a lot more types of food than other diets and the workouts only required a total of about 4-5 hours of total time over 6 days. Check out www.bodyforlife.com and let me know if you have questions.
Hey Girl!
Congratulations on the 8 pound weight loss!! Keep up the good work!
So I've actually decided to start training with my man about 4 times a week and 3 times a week by myself at the gym. I think I am getting over the plateau, it definitely helps with him pushing me; sometimes I need an extra push, and some tough love!
I've been pretty busy this week - between hair appointments and interviews (I know, not a good excuse, but I NEEDED my hair done) So I've only been to the gym once =/ But I've done my cardio in the morning. The focus is going to be on me for the next few weeks, so I will let you know how much I drop at the end of the month!
Anyways girl, keep working at it!

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
