How I Started:
I started lifting weights Jan 2000 b/c I was tired of being skinny. I was hooked immediately. I began competing in power lifting meets in Feb 2005 in Germany & bodybuilding Oct 2005. Knowing what I know now I wish I had started much earlier! Guess I gotta work extra hard & make up for that lost time!
Why I Love It:
It's a stress reliever for me & I also like to watch the transformation of my body. I've made decent gains in the 9 years I've been lifting. Bodybuilding along with the Air Force has taught me to be more responsible & disciplined!
How I Stay Motivated:
- Success Motivates Me - Hearing Guys Say They're Coming For Me - Wanting To Look Better Than Steroid Junkies - Laughing at Haters That Say I Can't Be Natural. Here's my current routine: Day 1 - Legs Day 2 - Chest/Triceps Day 3 - Back/Biceps Day 4 - Shoulders Day 5 - Biceps/Triceps Day 6 - Heavy Squats, Bench, Deads Day 7 - REST I do abs & cardo 1 to 3 times per week. I don't have a set abs routine, I just do whatever I feel like that day. For cardio I normally ride the bike or jump on the stairmaster. I'm in the Air Force so every now & then they make us get out there & run :( Oh yea, people please stop stealing my pics. I've noticed guys posing as me on MySpace, Muscular Development, BodySpace & various sites. I think it's kinda lame to pretend you're another man. Stop being ashamed of who you really are. Also just b/c I'm bigger than you doesn't mean I'm on riods, HGH or any of that illegal stuff.

Hey Ken, how are things going with you? School, work and church can be challenging in terms of getting the workouts in so I made a committment to work out 6am in the mornings. Looking to make some steady gains over the next few months. How are things over seas?

ehh broo nice cuts thats amazing i jus had to shoot a question by ya ... every time i go to cut theres is no problem i can get rid of bodyfat without a problem and maintain bout 7 or 8% but when every time i bulk up my bodyfat sky-rockets fast but im always scared to not eat enough to grow so i resort to putting up withit and the 4000 cal/day diet. 5-6 meals 30 grams Protein permeal. how do you stay lean as possible and be sure ur putting on muscle tissue ??

I know for sure in basic we dont deal with the water at all. thats only for the divers and seal's that do that. we're in great lakes, illinois in february so i know for a fact were not gonna be. Navy's is 8 weeks as well. in basic i know its gonna be limited to working out just pushups and sit ups really. not getting as much of a workout. i also know for a fact my A school after bootcamp is at an Air Force base in Texas

Yo I went to the airport today...the closest ticket they had was on tuesday morning getting there on tuesday night, so I am good. Took a real big load off of my shoudlers. Imma be flying for a while so Imma carry like 10 meals wit me, lol.

I saw u were in the Air Force, i'm in the Navy but dont leave for boot camp till february. Im just worried im not gonna get any bigger or anything in bootcamp or in the navy.
