I started lifting weights Jan 2000 b/c I was tired of being skinny. I was hooked immediately. I began competing in power lifting meets in Feb 2005 in Germany & bodybuilding Oct 2005. Knowing what I know now I wish I had started much earlier! Guess I gotta work extra hard & make up for that lost time!
Why I Love It:
It's a stress reliever for me & I also like to watch the transformation of my body. I've made decent gains in the 9 years I've been lifting. Bodybuilding along with the Air Force has taught me to be more responsible & disciplined!
How I Stay Motivated:
- Success Motivates Me
- Hearing Guys Say They're Coming For Me
- Wanting To Look Better Than Steroid Junkies
- Laughing at Haters That Say I Can't Be Natural.
Here's my current routine:
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest/Triceps
Day 3 - Back/Biceps
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Biceps/Triceps
Day 6 - Heavy Squats, Bench, Deads
Day 7 - REST
I do abs & cardo 1 to 3 times per week. I don't have a set abs routine, I just do whatever I feel like that day. For cardio I normally ride the bike or jump on the stairmaster. I'm in the Air Force so every now & then they make us get out there & run :(
Oh yea, people please stop stealing my pics. I've noticed guys posing as me on MySpace, Muscular Development, BodySpace & various sites. I think it's kinda lame to pretend you're another man. Stop being ashamed of who you really are. Also just b/c I'm bigger than you doesn't mean I'm on riods, HGH or any of that illegal stuff.

I wish for you a hundred years of success but it's my time!
I contacted Troy the summer of '04 while deployed after reading a powerlifting article online. He encouraged me to join the Ramstein team once I returned from deployment. After I began power lifting Troy also jump started my bodybuilding career Oct '05. He's always given helpful advice & has been the most influential individual for me in both sports.
Whats up ken! I'm starting a cutting phase so keep your eyes out for me! I'm busting out double days starting this week and then we will see what happens. How have you been?
Wuttup dawg, so word on the street is that we havin a powerlifting comp at the end of Jan?! Well, I think we should add the B.B curls in there b/c I aint bring my "A" game last time, lol
I aint get a chance to thank you for the pics in the gym today, I kinda souunded ungrateful when I noticed my tricep was cut out, lol. Thanks again dawg
I KNOW you don't go by numbers, but all I am asking is what have you seen to work for you. Do you notice you do better gaining of moderate carbs and moderate fat, or ower fat and more carbs (and what do you plan to do in the new year). I know I have to play around with it but I am just trying to get insight in to what you have seen work for
if those are old answers what are you current beliefs in carbs and fats when gaining. Could you give me some guidlines/numbers you use? SOrry to be pesky but the updated pic of you is awesome lol! LAstly, do you eat any veggies daily with meals?
