How I Started:
I have always been interested in fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition as a way of life.
Why I Love It:
I love the great feeling that an intense workout gives. And, of course, the results of being the best I can with what I have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a high level of self-discipline and, over the years, have simple become addicted to fitness as a way of life. I also have several role models that are a constant reminder of what I am striving for. And, of course, just observing what the average guy my age looks like keeps me on track.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
There is no question that a dedicated workout partner is essential for success. He/she can keep you accountable and push/motivate you in those times when you want to slack off (and we all have them). What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am convinced that diet/nutrition is 80% of this fitness game we all subscribe to - particularly as we get older. I try to eliminate all refined sugar and and white-flour products. EFA's are very important and I include much olive oil, steamed salmon, etc. I try to eat 6 smaller meals/day as opposed to 3 large meals and avoid eating 2-3 hours prior to sleep.I am convinced that diet/nutrition is 80% of this fitness game we all subscribe to - particularly as we get older.
