ken1421 I did dead lifts for the first time in two years. The pain i am feeling had me praying to Jesus this morning. Still got up and hit gym!!!

SexyBB LOL! my legs are thin too.... just try to be easy on the joints no bouncing at all.... be careful try doing some squats but do not load a lot of weight enough to work it out Im not sure you may want to check with some more experienced BB. Also, the sitting machines seems like would help a lot too Jun 11, 2012 2:36pm
