How I Started:
I just hated the way I felt, I went to my friends wedding reception and his wife and her friends were all very beautiful which made me uncomfortable because I was very self conscious. I felt like they all looked at me like I was a freak, so I just stayed in the corner of the room and got drunk on Vodka. It was at that time I decided to change myself into a new person.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good physically,& mentally. Plus check out the Photos, Thats why I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading through FLEX and other magazines and looking at the transformation on Bodybuilding.com I'll also pull out some of the clothes that are to big for me since I started. Plus I refuse to fail at anything I set out to do....

Losing 100 pounds!!!!

This is around May 2006 I was at my heaviest in this pic. around 400 pounds, I found this on a family members phone.
I'm soooo disappointed in myself for getting back into old habits and letting life get in my way... I worked sooo hard to lose 150 lbs and then to let myself gain 55 lbs back is ridiculous...

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Skull crushers: 3 sets 10-12 reps each set.
Close Grip Bench press: 3 sets 10-12 reps ea.

Well I've started back at it after takeing some time off. I was just getting so burned out and with my work schedule in the summer I was having trouble getting into the gym and even when I did my intensity was nill.... BUT now I'm slowly working my way back into it & I've got about 55 pounds...
