"I don't want to wake up someday realizing that I've wasted life, I want to change myself so I can enjoy life without regrete of coulda, shoulda, woulda........"
I just hated the way I felt, I went to my friends wedding reception and his wife and her friends were all very beautiful which made me uncomfortable because I was very self conscious. I felt like they all looked at me like I was a freak, so I just stayed in the corner of the room and got drunk on Vodka. It was at that time I decided to change myself into a new person.

Hey Kevin,
I lost another 5 lbs. this week so that's 10 in two weeks. That was about my average the last time I trained too. In 6 months no one will recognize me. How are you getting along? Good I hope.
Cheers,
Jeff
It is going great thanks. My food intake is right where it should be (no loss of energy, or desire to stray, no hunger) and I lost 5 lbs. this week, which is about what I lose every week when I train. I'll slowly kick up my training until I can go full tilt every week. It won't be long.
Wow man,
I found your profile off of anothers and you are quite the inspiration. You look great and I am sure you feel just as good. keep up the good work!
Cheers

Hey Kev! Love your page. Inspires me to keep on keepin' on! LOL I have to start working out, on a regular basis at least, so I don't get flabby as the pounds come off. I know you probably feel a little pressure when so many people tell you they are inspired by what you've accomplished. So, be sure to use it for the positive! Talk to you soon! We all need to go out sometime!
