YESTERDAY WAS THE 60 DAY MARK OF MY NEW LIFE-STYLE.  ON DEC. 26, 2008, I STARTED WORKING OUT AT A WEIGHT OF 320 LBS. AND A 48 IN WAIST.  AS OF TODAY FEB 27, 2009, I WEIGH 283 LBS WITH A 42.5 INCH WAIST.

I ORGINALLY WANT TO GET DOWN TO 275 LBS. BT APRIL 30, 2009.  MY NEW GOAL IS 260 BY...
