Stop being a garbage disposal
WEll, This is and always has been my issue. I like veggies and fruit. In fact I eat 2-3 servings a day sometimes up to 5-6 of veggies. The issue is I eat a TON of food and a lot of it flat out garbage. For dinner, I will have steak with onions, mushrooms and steamed rice, but It will be a 12oz steak and 3+ servings of Rice and of course I use butter in the rice and on the steak! Then, I will eat say 2 pieces of pie. then hey I am hungery 2hr later so I make a PB sandwich and chug some milk for a pre bed snack.
My first action here is to reboot my body. I am having lots of Digestive issues and some of my size is clearly Distended belly. So I will start with a juice fast then on Tue and Thur I think do a good juice fast every week. adding in a lot of veggies fruits and potatos as main carb. Also, reduce meat and include more fish and chicken. I have even started fishing for pan fish lol to help because of cost of fish. I need to get a juicer first and go from there

My life. My kids, my wife and just so i can better enjoy life. I Love MMA I have trained for cloes to 10yrs. I was up to 12hrs a week and trained with several UFC fighters. Now I roll around 1 or 2 times a month at a fitness gym with guys that are just goofing around. I will get back to training two times a week hard.
