Goal (Long):
I will get to 230ish or so based on how I look. My LBM is 217lb so 10% is 238lbs. I want to start competeing in MMA again or at least train several times a week. I have started doing a 5x5 with a little Oly lifting, kettle bells, sledge hammer, Punching bag ect. I want to hit 300lb bench, 400lb Squat and 500lb deadlift.
