Background
I have been involved in sports from a young age. Gymnastics, kickboxing and Rugby for 5 years. This past year I Competed in Natural Figure Bodybuilding. Four dedicated months of training and I was placed 3rd in the UK for the British Natural Bodybuilding Fed.
I honestly think if I didn’t have some type of exercise in my life, I would be a total mess. It keeps me positive, happy and motivated on a daily basis. I love sharing what I know and helping other people achieve their goals in fitness - So why wouldn’t I love it!?!

Are you an Emotional Eater?

On a daily basis I deal with men and women of all ages helping them with fitness & fat loss and I think the subject of emotional eating is becoming more relevant to my work every day.

Although Protein Powder, Glutamine, BCAA & Matodextrin are a staple of my supplement regime at the moment. Things I really feel the benefit in using while training have been more ‘health’ orientated supplements such as:
