Week 4! Awesome! How are things going for you so far? My week last week went fantastic, and this week has started off not so good, because I came down with a fever yesterday, and am fighting something off now. But I will be back in the gym in no time!

LMAO... you crack me up. I totally agree with the peanut butter though. The peanut butter outweighs the small amount of hard candy on the outside of it, so they can't be that bad for you!
My diet has been good. I am finding it easier to follow the higher protein. I have tweaked the diet a little, and added cottage cheese and some other fruits to the mix, added some other carb sources but for the most part, I am following Steve's plan. How are you doing??

Hey lady! Not good today.. I have come down with the worst case of -I don't know why I feel so damn shitty- in my life! ugh. I am taking my vits and drinking lots of water.. and hopefully I will feel better enough this aft do drag my ass to the gym, because I missed yesterday.. It just hit me mid afternoon yesterday, and I started getting a fever. How are you?? Did you do the new workout yesterday?

Hey!! My weekend was fantastic!! It was amazing weather on Saturday, and even though Sunday was rainy, it was still really nice! If you feel like you were off forever, then it MUST have been a good weekend for you! :) I can't wait for cottage season!

Thanks Steve :) I didn't enter any transformation contest. I really didn't know what to expect with my results. I am really stoked to be on this new plan though, and I have been bringing it even more than I did in P90X.. so hopefully I can iron out the rest of the body fat! Thanks for checkin them out!

I know, I love that I am not as sore after workouts anymore. Until next week that is. When the plan changes, and its back to painville for me..
My clothes are fitting better, yes! I actually notice a big difference in just the last couple of days! How about you?

LOL.. I totally feel ya on the legs! I had to work them out like crazy when I was studying paramedics, and now it's my least favorite body part to work!Carb day was amazing! I enjoyed every bite of it! lol I felt totally bloated last night, but I feel great today, and I even feel a little tighter! Lovin it! Enjoy your carbs!! LOL
