How I Started:
I just had a baby 10 months ago. I was thin prior to having her, but I wasn't fit. I began P90X 76 days ago, and have loved my results so far. I haven't gone as hard core with the set workouts as I am getting a little bored with it, but I have been doing my own weight training and cardio HIIT workouts, so still seeing results. I have always been very interested in fitness, but never got to the level I am working towards now. I also never had the motivation I have now. I am so excited to see what I can accomplish next. I am STOKED to be working under the help and knowledge if STEVEP78. His program is kick-ass, and is going to whip me into extreme shape!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling great, I love having energy, and I love knowing that I am adding longevity to my life by taking care of myself! I am also enjoying life more as well!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress, my fiance complimenting me, reading oxygen mags, coming onto this site and seeing the transformations people like me have made.

Hey good lookin, I was actually just thinkin about you that i haven't heard from you in a while. Things are pretty good in my neck of the woods these days. Training is going good as well as the diet. Have you noticed any big changes yet in your body? I am slowly starting to see some, but not enough for my liking. lol. How is your diet going? For sure keep in touch on Facebook. hey lovah!! Everything is going great over here..have a crazy weekend ahead but im excited! should be fun!! as long as ur feelingbetter thats all that matters..stressing ur body out more by working out when ur sick does no good. When ur A ok u get back and push real hard!!!
Hey sexy. Glad you are feeling better. Now your probably ready to rock it again. The training is going good. My chest is still super fkn sore from Wendesday. I took yesterday off and am back in it today. Oh and I had pizza last night. I had to celebrate because I sold my house. But I felt really guilty after :( But damn girl it tasted good. lol
awww i hope u feel better girl! but u need to listen to ur body..if u push urself too hard u won't get anywhere. If u need rest take it, if u need a day off take it. Health is first! I had a good workout today..doesn't feel much different than last week than the 25 reps. Rest today and u will feel brand new!! xox
I am back on track again with no cravings. I think I get the cravings when I am sitting around being bored with nothing to do. I think I have ADD. lol So apparently the key is to keep busy doing something then I wont want junk. My diet is going good as well. I have added a few things as well like Salsa in with my Extra Lean ground beef, tbsp of different kind of salad dressing and thats it. If you have anything else that you changed let me know cuz I could use a little switch up. lol
Hey Good Lookin, Whats cookin?? How was your weekend? Do you have any cravings yet? I had cravings on Saturday for sugar so I had to have just a little so I had some Peanut Butter M&M's (Hey they had peanut butter in them) If I wouldn't of had just a few then I would of craved them even more and it would of eventually turned into a full out binge. Ugh!!
