When I Started:
2000
How I Started:
I started light weight training after I had three knee surgeries by the time I was 18, but after I watched the Paradise Cup in 2006 I knew that I wanted to compete in the figure division.
Why I Love It:
To keep in great shape and to balance my figure. Lifts you up after a bad day, or even gets your mood set for the rest of the day when working out in the morning. It's great to help others meet their fitness goals too.
How I Stay Motivated:
As long as you see increasing results, i'm happy for the most part. I think the worst part is dieting though. That's where I start to lose the motivation a little. Most of my motivation comes from helping others.
BB Accomplishments:
I've competed in a few figure and bikini comps. I've placed top three every show, hopefully I'll continue to do so..knock on wood.
I have been coordinating a Bodybuilding and and Figure Competition for Camp Taji, Iraq. This will be held on November 23rd. If your serving here in Iraq right now, I think it will be definatley worth checking out! Bodybuilding.com has been so generous in there support for the show. I'm looking forward to sending in pics and an article!

Wow, you're on bodybuilding.com. I've spent SOOOO much money here. Good job, quite the accomplishment. GL in the military, too!
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think. My competition weight was a rock hard 229.9lbs.
hey sunshine! the military computers block bodyspace now, so i have to use the MWR computers to check this, GAY! anyways, im staying real busy here. Nursing a pulled bracchialis and trying to stay sane.. You move yet? see ya soon
wassup bikini bad ass!! lol just stoppin bye to say wassup! hope the transitioning isnt killin ya to much. three days till my board, leave time is creepin up, cant wait to chill w/ ya as a civilian!!
Hey actually the Ed Center told me about this program called AVOTEC they pay for everything upfront it's for soldiers that want to get certified or licensed in something. Are you still in the Army? Go talk to your ed center the money is going away 30 SEP 09.
Congrats on your placing in your show!! I just got my paperwork to start my CFT course with ISSA hopefully in the next couple of weeks! I see you did the Youth Fitness too!! I am definitely looking at that too because kids today are way to overweight!! P.S you look great!!
