When I Started:
2000
How I Started:
I started light weight training after I had three knee surgeries by the time I was 18, but after I watched the Paradise Cup in 2006 I knew that I wanted to compete in the figure division.
Why I Love It:
To keep in great shape and to balance my figure. Lifts you up after a bad day, or even gets your mood set for the rest of the day when working out in the morning. It's great to help others meet their fitness goals too.
How I Stay Motivated:
As long as you see increasing results, i'm happy for the most part. I think the worst part is dieting though. That's where I start to lose the motivation a little. Most of my motivation comes from helping others.
BB Accomplishments:
I've competed in a few figure and bikini comps. I've placed top three every show, hopefully I'll continue to do so..knock on wood.
I'll be running a show here in Iraq on November 23rd too. It's so great to see people with the dedication to stay in the best shape while serving out here.

So not a real pose, but it's the best one I could do to get my little guns to pop. I want to bring my shoulders out a little more, and maybe grow around an in around my bi's and tri's. I've got plently of time to work on it while I'm deployed!
My left side is a bit weaker, but it always seems like my left side gets more definition.

Goal (Long):
I really want to take things up a notch, and win my division, and hopefully keep on progressing from there.
Description: This is a clip on the short divison at the Stingrey Classic on March 23, 2007. This was my first competition. I placed third for the first try!
Hey Kelly, checking in on all my friends to see if they're still kicking. Our show is getting cancelled due to lack of participation. BOO!!! Wish you well in yours, stay safe.
That sucks for me, I still can't get my legs to respond, so I doubt I'll place. I'll just try to hit them even harder these last few weeks, not that it will make a difference.
How's the training going? Arifjan's contest is at the end of this month (I'm just a spectator for this one). Since I'll be here another 11 months, I might as well try to get ready for the next one. I'll see what I have to do. Good luck
Hang in there...4 more weeks & the cooling trend begins...:) Our GroundHog day saying: "Every wake-up is Monday morning, every bedtime is Sunday night."
