I have been very fit in my past and I have been very heavy 277 lbs while prego with my kids 16yrs ago. But now I am really really ready to transform myself into a "killer" !!! and I am much more educated about nutrition and exercise and always continuing to learn and develop. Ready and committed to designing the new me :)
Why I Love It:
the mental game !
How I Stay Motivated:
oxygen, muscle and fitness hers, books, others at my gym and the stronger I feel the more I am motivated to get to the next level.............and of course the better I feel in my clothes, jeans, bathing suits etc the more I want to stay on track and committed to myself.
BB Accomplishments:
nothing major, major just yet...........but stay tuned ......I got a feelin' :)

you can do it. I was 31% bf too, and I did cardio in the morning, weightlifting in the afternoon. In 2 months I dropped 17lbs, and 5% bf. Other than that just eat right. More protein, less carbs, less fat, with plenty of water.
