How I Started:
I started a little bit a couple years ago just so I would not look so frail plus I wanted to be a cop at the time so I knew I had to get bigger. I really started taking it seriously the start of 2007 though and with the help of my boyfriend, swensocd22.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a great workout, plus the transformation in my body and my self confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend and I help keep one another motivated, plus I enjoy it so its hard to not stay motivated to something you love.
i had lost alot of weight due to eating disorders but i but alot of muscle on when i started to eat healthy and work out. i trained with my boyfriend and he really got me hardcore. you and your bf are really cute togther. what do you do for legs now? i can suggest some things that put ALOT of muscle on my legs cause i had trouble gaining there too.... and p.s. you have the coolest color room ever!
