How I Started:
I've always been athletic. I played volleyball and softball competitively through my first two years of college. I also played in rec leauges for flag football, and rollerbladed a lot. After college (last summer), I started a desk job. Ugh. I missed being super active, and I really needed something ultra-challenging in my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the idea that I am in total control of what my body looks like and how I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am training for a figure competition. I am never lacking in motivation; I love doing this.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I understand people who do it while lifting really heavy. I don't grunt loudly, I just whine hehe
