Pre workout

1 scoop Muscle Milk- 150 cal

2 scoops amino energy powder- 20 cal

l- glutamine

 

Postworkout:

1 scoop whey protein

2 scoops amino energy powder- 20 cal

 

with 3rd meal:

birth control

multivitamin

ibprofin

glucosamine sulfate 500

 

 

post 2 workout-

dinner:

fish oil pill
