How I Started:
Well I've always been into working out, I cheered, did gymnastics and played soccer for most of my life until a knee injury prevented me from doing one of those things in college. But I got introduced to the world of bodybuilding by my current boyfriend.
Why I Love It:
It is such a rush, and I love walking through hords of roided up frat boys in the rec and seeing their faces when I actually pick up some weights and pump out some decent reps instead of just hanging out and watching them like the other girls.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard, not gonna lie, especially with my schedule, but just knowing that someday I will look better than the girls who are all about cardio and not eating keeps me going
The mirror is a great motivator

I want to lose fat, gain muscle and increase stength
Goal (Long):
I really want to go from a size 9 to a 5 and I want to lose 20 pounds or at least look like I lost it. I also want to increase the amount I am lifting by 5-10 pounds each week
As I'm driving home from work today I look down at my arms and I can see more definition in my triceps and biceps when I'm not flexing them and my arms are definitely getting smaller! YAY!!!! Now if only my abs and thighs would follow suit!!! workin out six days aweek is definitely paying...
