I'm clean eating, cut out all the bad stuff! I feel better when I don't eat crap.
I've been clean eating for a few days now but I've been researching how to do it for three months. The easiest way for me to stick with it is asking myself "Is this in its most pure or raw form?" if not I pass. When shopping at the supermarket its best to stay to the perimeter of the store, thats where all of your fresh stuff is located. I only venture into the aisles when I need rice, or when I'm low on funds and need to stock up on frozen veggies. The one thing that kinda bums me out is that I cannot stand seafood. Fish of any sort makes me want to throw up. I'm a texture person so I just can't deal with that, or ground chicken or turkey. I love all sorts of veggies and fruit and I'm still learning whats the best, especially when it comes to fruit and all of the sugars.

Supplements to make the most of my nutrition and my workouts.
I take five supplements currently. Opti-Woman is the multi-vitamin I take in the morning with breakfast and in the evening with dinner just to make sure I have all of my bases covered. Next is BCAA 1000 capsuls. I take these after my workouts to help support new muscle growth. I take MRM smart blend twice a day, it helps support body fat reduction and optomizes my cardiovascualr health. My favorite protein shake that I make is made with MRM 100% Natural Whey. This has been the most tasty whey I have had and it has no additives, 1 gram of sugar with a total of 85 calories per serving. The last thing that I take is Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite. I don't need coffee when I take this thing. I will take one pill mid morning and it pushes me through the afternoon and into my evening lifting session.
