When I Started: Jan, 1999
How I Started: I joined the Marines after highschool and as I was preparing, I got seriously into workouts and admired the physiques of Cory Everson, Kiana Tom, and Monica Brant~~I've competed ever since and thrive on learning new techniques and training methods, surpassing my strength goals daily!!!
Why I Love It: It's my life...I live eat breath and sleep this lifestyle...I don't know what I would do without that release in the gym!!!

I'm working on being a stunt double for movies.
How I Stay Motivated: It makes me feel great after a good workout...so what's not to stay motivated about? I also set strength goals to achieve new gains. I used to stay motivated with competitions, however, there can be setbacks in a competition season, so I would rather not rely on that!
