How I Started:
I joined the Marines after highschool and as I was preparing, I got seriously into workouts and admired the physiques of Cory Everson, Kiana Tom, and Monica Brant~~I've competed ever since and thrive on learning new techniques and training methods, surpassing my strength goals daily!!!
Why I Love It:
It's my life...I live eat breath and sleep this lifestyle...I don't know what I would do without that release in the gym!!!
I'm working on being a stunt double for movies.
How I Stay Motivated:
It makes me feel great after a good workout...so what's not to stay motivated about? I also set strength goals to achieve new gains. I used to stay motivated with competitions, however, there can be setbacks in a competition season, so I would rather not rely on that!

Hi Kelly, how are things? What's this I here about a funk!? Sometimes the best thing is to add a new challenge or twist; I did that to my training very recently and it feels new and fresh to me again; and I feel stronger and in better condition than ever!
