How I Started:
I played volleyball in high school and college for the Florida Gators -- my high school coach suggested lifing weights to gain some strength -- ever since then I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after a great workout -- knowing that I got up early and already had a great workout before most people get out of bed.

My husband, contests, and preparing for photo shoots!
