I played volleyball in high school and college for the Florida Gators -- my high school coach suggested lifing weights to gain some strength -- ever since then I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after a great workout -- knowing that I got up early and already had a great workout before most people get out of bed.

Happy Easter!

I just wanted to write a quick update :) I have been training HARD -- and even have added double cardio on a few days -- Man -- that sure does wear you out! :)  I have been really lifting my back and shoulders heavy to try and gain some mass, but I think now that I am leaning...
