hey man, thanks for the compliment. New pics are being taken in the next 2 weeks, with pics to follow my contest prep thru to fall. Just over 210 right now, better then the 180 from last august! Training is great!!!
(i just noticed) that protein you're taking is great, I love the stuff because it is really low cal and high protein, but mainly it is the best tasting by far. Make sure you have the proper timing when you are taking it. Again, let me know if you have questions (I'm a lil bored, lol)
the abs look pretty good, but at 6'1" i suppose you could put a little more meat on your bones... :) Let me know if you have any questions. Make sure to eat at least 1g of protein per day, per pound of bodyweight. That will yield the greatest results! good luck!
Hi Kamel, how are things going? I am happy with my progress, seen changes in my body, but funny that when i've taken pictures they still look similar to what I looked before. It makes me think that some of these guys most be huge, or maybe I should get a better cam!
You are welcome. It is just my honest opinion. You are still very young, and I am sure that with patience, determination and hard work you'll get to look amazing and everyone will be asking how you did it. All the best with your training.
Hey man whats up? I seen your message. My abs routine is pretty basic I train abs 3 times a week. Mon, Wed, and Friday: My workouts consist of Cable Crunches, Side Bends, Ball Sit-Ups, and Roman Chair Leg Lifts. Those worked best for me, as for cardio I try too do that 2 times a week. Usuallt tues and thurs. Eat right and train hard, and like always you will see results
Good luck man.
Thanks for the add man. Make sure you encorporate lots of compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench, barbell row etc if you are after muscle mass.
