Always been an athelete, but noticed my body changing. I feel better now than when i was 20!
Why I Love It:
I always feel positive after a good pump, and the results are fun to see. I think people appreciate me being healthy, knowing I may need to help them someday.
How I Stay Motivated:
My partner ways 200 pounds. I want to be able to get him out of a burning building if it gets ugly. I could'nt live with myself if i was'nt able to perform under extreme conditions.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench press 335 pounds twice! And i can do 5 handstand pushups without a wall to help balance me.

do you guys ever do group training things, or group mountain bike rides (your friends mountain bike picture) I've been swimming at either the local YMCA's or at The Marysville high school pool.
yeah, Lake Stevens is my hometown! Always training around here. Yeah, the swim is hard, but I say, if your unsure about something, sign up for it, and then you have to get better. My first Lake Stevens oylmpic distance in 2005 I though I was gonna die during the swim, took 2 breaks on kayaks out in the open water, was the last person out of the water. And it was still fun to catch all the slow people on the bike and run! Are you here at the Lake Stevens #7 (I think) building usually?
dang dude, I guess I should get out more, I didn't even know about the Lake Stevens Dairy Queen! What a sweet job you have. Do you get a good adrenaline rush?
Keith, looking 110% ready for your FIREFIGHTER STAIRCLIMB/Dannon Triathalon! Sounds like you are going to have a ton of fun. Great job you are an example to follow.
Good to see folks comment that they are in better shape now than when they were 20! it doesn't look like you'll have any problem hauling some weight around. Nice EKG for a tattoo, too :)
