Worked out for sports and started to see my body transform, so I decided I want to look like and be one of the guys in the magazines.

My split is:
-Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
-Back/Biceps
-Legs
I do abs once to twice a week. One thing I have not been doing that I need to start is hitting my traps. I think I'll start alternating between cleans and shrugs every week. I haven't done cleans since high school football, but overall I know it's a good muscle builder and my friend says he's seen his traps grow greatly since starting them.

12 Weeks in the Books, but Not Done Yet
Posted in Training : Apr 25, 2011 4:26pmI just finished up the 12 Week BodyBuilding.com Transformation Contest, but I'm sad to say I didn't reach my ultimate goal of being about 6% bodyfat and very trim (<200 lbs). I made some great progress, but plan on giving it another month or more to try and get another 10-15 lbs off, hopefully most of it being fat.
I overestimated my metabolism to start off the contest and was eating too many calories so I didn't lose weight like I wish I had. Eventually I cut my calories and carbs down while adding some cardio (but not too much) where I was finally seeing some c
