Starting out - 140 Lbs This was taken after 1 month since I joined the gym. I weighed around 140 lbs and wasn't eating enough.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Poor form deadlifts or any heavy free weight back exercises (I've seen a few at the gym).

Great new pics! You're doing great progress. Don't worry about losing your visible abs, since you're bulking, its very normal. You'll get it back when you start cutting. Congrats! Looks like you're closer to your goal!!

There are a few Malaysians over here, but I guess generally most Malaysians aren't really enthusiastic (or even optimistic) enough to build their body. Why don't you put up your body stats?
