Why I Love It: I love that I get to push myself everyday. I still have alot to learn but with help, I feel i will suceed if i do my best. im very motivated and love to train.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing other people in shape motivates me and seeing other people out of shape motivates me. Seeing myself in the mirror after an intense workout.
