NICE! I dont' know that I've ever done 45lbs! I'm too afraid to hurt my back! Do you ever take days off between training them? Or do you find that you see more progress from daily training?

Hey there thank you! I usually do abs 2-3 times a week and I do alot of hanging leg raises and weighted crunches :)
