Background
Saw this site and decided to do Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer. I am 41 years old and have been happily married for the past 20 years. I have 4 children all the way from 7-18 years old that are our pride and joy. Family means everything to me :) This year I get a chance to work on me a bit again, I almost forgot what that was like the last couple of years I've been so busy; and I am enjoying my new adventure here on bodybuilding.com very much. I like the tools and the guides they provide here as I keep trying to find my way around the site. Mastering me and my life through good emotional health, clean eating and regular exercise. *Thank you for the all the friend requests and inbox messages but I really don't feel comfortable adding men that I don't know to my friends list as I am married. I do appreciate the motivation and advice given...thank you so much!-Keely*
Working out gives me a release from my stress and a sense of accomplishment every time I finish a workout!

It kind of put a kink in my time frame but I'm not discouraged, just happy I can begin to train again :)

Day 45

LITERALLY killing myself today. That lower back pain from lifting too much weight for squats the other day had me on ibuprofen and icing my lower back all day. I got off lucky today because it was Arms/Chest and I even made it through my 30 minutes of cardio courtesy of my new Bed Buddy Ice pack back wrap. OY! Not sure how long I could have stand it if I had not had ice on it though, made it feel so much better. And better to be moving. Tomorrow I think I'll take
...Day 44
Posted in Working Out : Feb 23, 2012 6:32pmGot my Legs work out in today and pushed it hard and upped my weight. My lower back is feeling it a bit and I don't feel 100% after that stomach virus but I am feeling much better than yesterday. Must have been a 24 hour stomach virus. Chest, Abs & Cardio tomorrow :)
