How I Started:
A few of my friends were going to the gym, I enjoyed it so I kept doing it. I also ruined my knees from road running and wanted to stay active.
Why I Love It:
Improving something every workout. It feels good working out and improves my self-esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people's transformations on this website and seeing changes in my body. I look at pictures of myself from a year ago and see the long-term progress, and realise that the small things that you accomplish now, however small, will pay off over the long-term.
