How I Started:
After being in a coma I found myself weighing around 9st/126lbs and at 20 years of age I felt like a boy in a mans shoes. Building muscle became a way to gain real weight and feel good about myself.
Why I Love It:
I enjoying training and feeling the pump! Training is a way of looking and feeling better about yourself and pure size matters!!
How I Stay Motivated:
To reach my body's potential and have that V-shape torso with 6pack abs. If it was easy, we would all be huge!!
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 12 st this year after 16 months of training.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Torn shoulder, I dont think I warmed up correctly. Recovery was 4-6 weeks, I use very light weight 2 weeks after to build the muscle back up.

Yo...you have got to tell me what happened! It sounds like you have an amazing story with a great ending (still in progress) - my friend is moving to Switzerland in Nov. and I am coming out to visit next year
