I was overweight basically my whole life. Not incredibly overweight but just enough for me to have a poor body image. I weighed about 155 lbs at 5'2 in 7th - 8th - 9th grade and all my friends are thin and attractive and i wanted to feel pretty too. I kicked the bad habbits, ate healthy, & started working out. I realized i got toned up pretty fast and packed on muscle rather easily (good genetics i guess u can say). Seeing that i could get results easier then most, it peaked my interest and now i'm ready to get it rollin but i just need some guidance :)
Why I Love It:
The fact it gives you something to work hard for and the harder you work, the more improvement it actually will SHOW. It keeps me busy, it keeps me healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
the positive feedback
BB Accomplishments:
none yet.. minus i guess u could say my 155 lb drop to 117.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kelly Ripa, her body is ridiculous, expecially after having kids. More like Kelly's Rippeda

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have torn muscles in my left shoulder, but thats from field hockey but effects my lifting. They amazingly never sent me to physical therapy for it and it really hinders my progress when it comes to shoulder exercises but i've been building it up slowly.I have torn muscles in my left shoulder, but thats from field hockey but effects my lifting. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Well it took me about a moth on keto to really get adapted. Then my lifts actually went up. I think I'll give it a try with the boxing and see how it goes.
I am curious though if you're going to try another meal plan while boxing or just stick with what you've been eating. You're lean as it is but I know we all like to make changes and improve:)
It will get better as it goes on. I'm about to start up boxing in two weeks and I'm cutting so I wondered the same thing. I don't wanna be to weak to protect my pretty face:)
Best of luck. I'm about to start a keto cut for the summer myself so we'll be able to keep each other informed. PM me with any questions you may have. I can't wait to shovel cheese down my throat:)
