When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I was never fat, but after having two kids I was unable to keep my bodyfat down. I finally got up to 180 lb. befor doing something about it. I went to a weight loss doctor to get most of the weight off. Then started talking with a girl at work who was a personal trainer and taught arobics and ab class. She talked me into coming to ab class one day and was so inspired I joined the gym. Come to find out my husband got a discount at the gym through his job. Now I am struggling to keep the weight off and stay motivated.
Why I Love It:
I love the curves it has gave me, however small the changes may be. I also love the energy rush, and the way I fill about myself after I have worked out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just going to the gym is motivation enough, it's just getting up and going thats the hard part.
BB Accomplishments:
Really none to date, but after the holidays I will be in there, getting it done.
I would love to have defined arms and a awsome stomach. I have never had a very flat stomach. I would really like to be able to say my body fat is 15%. Everyone in my family is over wieght and or obese. They always tell me I don't have the right genes to have a great body I would love to prove them wrong.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
Upcoming Contest:
the hydroxycut hard-body challenge

I need some help. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to get my butt in gear and get to the gym. What does everyone else do when they seem to get in a slump? If I could just get in the gym the rest would fall in place. Help, I need advice, ASAP
Hey Kim, thanks for the comments. I beleive we can all make improvements in life in some form. I just means sometimes we have to step back and evaluate our situation. Often too, we must surround ourselves with positive right minded people. If you keep at it time you will reach your gaols just don't give up. - thanks again, later
Stopping by to see whats up. Are you using the m&F workout? I subscribe to that magazine as well and find their plans quit helpful. Its one of my favorite magazines. Keep going strong.
Hi Kim I did a research paper a few years ago on creatine benefits and risks in relation to renal function - if I can find it - I will send it to you- off hand I know pretty much in regards to the studies up to 2003 anything after - I am not current with that - PM me if you have questions
I would like to tone up some more. I used to be really skinny and then I had two kids. It was hard to lose the weight. But, when I figured out I had to eat better along with the workouts I lost the weight a little easier. I workout 5 or 6 days a week. I lift and do some cardio.
