kds10678 I didnt get my 140lb goal. Only myself to blame. It's been a rough month mentally/emotionally and I've actually gained some weight :(

  • I know the feeling but there are two pieces the fitness and the nutrition. It is easier to control the fitness than the nutrition for some so just make sure you do your best with eating and keep up the exercise so your motivation stays up. Start looking into healthy deserts there are a lot if you are not trying to compete. I just made a very healthy carrot cake with greek yogurt frosting. Primal fudge look it up one piece will keep away the cravings and much better for you

MichelleParish I knoooww! I love the nothingness lol when I cant opt to do somethng if i please but dont have to. Ah, the diet. Dont worry everyone struggles but the key word is TRYING as long as you keep trying youll get better and better until it wont be an issue anymore. it really does get better. you learn more, you get more confident, and your taste for things changes. i have faith you'll get where you want to be!
