I started dancing when I was 5 and danced competitively until about half way through college, so I have always been pretty athletic and health conscious.
Why I Love It:
It's all about getting stronger and seeing changes every week. And I love being the little girl in the gym who can lift a lot!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading Oxygen is always inspiring. And I think that Jamie Eason is amazing in every way!

So, I'm working with a trainer right now, but really don't want to keep spending money on training - I need to save up to go to graduate school. I would really like to have a workout partner though. I haven't had one for a few years.
For the past two weeks, I've been doing an hour of cardio 5 days per week and lifting 4-5 days per week. I do a 4 day split - chest/tris, legs, shoulders/abs, and back/bis. I'm going to keep doing this until 10/31/09. At that point, I'll start a bulking cycle if I'm satisfied with how lean I...
Kayla, i went on a wine sampling tour of seattle one day last year and they paired me up with some chocolate AND wine combo...awesome stuff. Jealous, still eating sand over here for 3 more months.

Hey young lady. I am doing well i suppose. I get to come home for 15 days soon. I leave here the 27th and will be spending time between Texas, Florida and Washington while back in teh states. Sorry to hear about the hand, i hear Mt. Everest is a beast! ;) I'm making gains still with my strength but not losing BF anymore..gotta change something up i guess! How are you today?
