I started dancing when I was 5 and danced competitively until about half way through college, so I have always been athletic and conscious of keeping my body healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my muscles when I work out and seeing my strength increase each week. I love lifting hard and heavy - it's empowering to push myself and always be in work in progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all of the gorgeous and fit women in Oxygen is definitely inspiring - Jamie Eason is my favorite.
I also have a very stressful job, so working out regularly and eating well helps me manage my stress and perform well.
BB Accomplishments:
A personal goal really, which is near complete recovery from a rotator cuff injury - just trying to train my weaker side to catch back up to my strong side!
