I'm really bummed right now! I have taken a two week break from EVERYTHING so I can focus on getting ready for school (I teach.) But I feel HORRIBLE. I am back on strong starting Friday. I can't stand feeling so crappy! How is everything for you? Good luck with the tat! I'm too big of a wuss for that!

The 4th was great! We had a huge party for my husband's grandparents'50 year anniversary! I've been on vacation and trying to recover from that! That did some damage to my progress, but hey, it's vacation! :)

Hey! I just wanted to thank you! I have been struggling to build up my abs since beginning my fitness journey. I watched your video on here and since I have been using heavier weight, I am finally starting to see them! Thanks again!
