How I Started:
I have alway been fascinated with it. But about a year and a half after my third child, I decided now is the time to get serious.
Why I Love It:
It is such a stress reliever for me and I feel so much better. I have accomplished something and have improved my health to share more years with my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping progress pictures helps me see where I am and where I DON'T want to be again! :)

Goal (Long):
After changing up my job and moving to a new house, I have let stress take over my life. Everything I worked so hard for is gone. I have gained everything back and I am determined now more than ever to get back the body that I had!

Yeah when I made my goals I counted on the 4th and this past week in D.C. seting me back on the diet. (But that vacation). Now its time to make it happen!
Everything is going good. How about you? You look great, and your hair is fabulous. I have been eating like ****, and not working out as much; depressing. I just wish I could stick to a super clean diet, and just kill it my workouts. One day!
