Glad to hear your still at it, too many drop off this time of year. It's kinda funny cause I'm outside doing my cardio after the weights now. I've never liked indoor machine cardio, it just had to do after the accident, my docs didn't want to find me on the street...lol
Keep up the good work Buddy, I'll be looking for some "Buff" pics now so don't let me down...lol

Haven't been on here too much, been in the gym a lot pounding weight and fighting with my tummy, (it's in denial...lol) How are things with you?

Thanks for the compliment but the proper context would be "had", I'm working now on trying to get them back after a car accident 5yrs ago messed me up (brain injury, nerve and spinal damage). Any advice you care to toss my way would be appreciated, other thaan that, I'll just keep banging the bars everyday...lol

That was when I was in prime, and what I'm trying to beat this time (Lord willing and the creek don't rise). Though I've got a long way to go and things are Sooooo much different this time around, we'll git it! How you making out with the diet?
