Why I Love It:
I love the confidence it brings, the health benefits, and the pure joy of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at where I could be versus where I am currently.
Take 6mths and this contest to get in the best shape of my life.

Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
Upcoming Contest:
My Company's version of the "Biggest Loser Contest."
I believe that it is best to have a plan and to follow a proven program when it comes to weight loss and/or getting into great shape. What helped my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) go from size 12/14 to 4/6 and me lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. Challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
