My diet is my Achilles' heel. It's fairly restrictive, always has been, but my main problem now is consistency and I'm working on it. I'm not going to see the progress I'm looking for otherwise. When you say "much better", how exactly do you plan to quantify that? :)

You definitely have the look for it. I don't like being in front of the camera, but I'd like to look like I should be all the time, and that's what I'm working toward.

Yes, I'm getting better at that, because I'm sure they're not nearly as offended as I am when they ask me if I'm getting fat :). You do lots of modeling year round?

Going to Miami to spend time with relatives and friends. I will likely eat way too much while I'm there, so many great choices it's hard to say no :).

As you said, your sport skills are improving and that’s good. Plus, tired and burnt out does not come to mind looking at your pics, so everything else is improving as well :). I'm sure with the holidays coming you'll find some time to relax a bit and recuperate. Do you have anything special planned as yet?

I'm just getting a chance to log on to bb. I'm walking just fine I'm afraid :(. I got tied up in meetings all evening and worked 'til real late that night, so I was a bit too tired to do much after. Today is my off day but I have the urge to do some cardio this AM which I'm about to get started. How did you do? Have a great weekend!

Good Morning! Today is all about legs. I do my gym work around lunch, and since I'm working on improving my cardio I'll hit the treadmill later tonight as well, provided I'm still able to walk of course :). Are you having a good week?
