Checkin' in to see if u can still walk?! LOL! Did u get that cardio in.....Ur leg w/o sounds familiar...Did legs/glutes night b4 last...my glutes r still hurtin', but I don't mind b/c it's a good hurt! Hope u get a good one in tomorrow! I'm doin' a twice/day! 2hrs/afternoon..bac/shoulders and cardio....back in tomorrow night for legs/glutes/abs...and more cardio!
