Thanks sweetheart! Well, I hope to look much better come 3 weeks!! if you want to look camera ready 100% of the time, I guess surrendering to a 70 - 80% plain foods diet sans gunk and junk is key xox

You can say no if you really want to. I don't care if it offends my family or friends that I don't eat their fat laden food when I have plain baked white fish! It just makes them feel bad that they are so gluttonous! But If I want to eat it I will, I have photo shoots right up until Xmas so I am being careful and stringent :)

Checkin' in to see if u can still walk?! LOL! Did u get that cardio in.....Ur leg w/o sounds familiar...Did legs/glutes night b4 last...my glutes r still hurtin', but I don't mind b/c it's a good hurt! Hope u get a good one in tomorrow! I'm doin' a twice/day! 2hrs/afternoon..bac/shoulders and cardio....back in tomorrow night for legs/glutes/abs...and more cardio! Have a great start 2 ur weekend!
