thanks for the comment man. That was at 200 lbs and like 1-1 and a half years ago. Im the same BF% and 230 now. I change up my workout a lot but never do full body workouts. Usually ill do 1 muscle group a day for a couple weeks and then 2 muscle groups a day for like 4 weeks and just change the workout excercises.

i try to get at least 4000 calories a day and at least 20g of protein over my bodyweight in lbs. i switch up my workout almost every month to keep my muscles guessing

your back looks great as far as muscularity and definition goes. You have a nice frame to support plenty more muscle. Not sure what your chest looks like, but looks good.

thanks, but i just started doing deadlifts. I havent pushed myself to max them yet because im getting my back used to them to prevent injury.

Long term goals are to become as strong as i possibly can and look good doing it. Those are just bonuses, the main reason i lift is cuz im addicted and can't stop. And funny that you ask.. i recently got offered a modeling job

appreciate u trying to get me out of the red. I've got 2 (now 3) positive reps and one negative. I made one mistake in a post i made and apparently some guy with lots of reps gave me a neg taking me from +2 to -4600 or so. I'm trying to get ahold of the admin which isn't working well.

i recently read a thread that said you were going to start doing 2 sets of high intensity to failure (1 warmup, 1 set) instead of 3,4 and sometimes even 5 sets. I was just wondering how that went for you since it's been a while since that post i believe.
