I want to gain as much muscle and strength as I possibly can while still keeping a good body. I'd like to play football at Butler (where I go to college) and they have high standards since they won the NCAA junior national championship this year (its a juco). I want to look better when I'm 60 years old than I do now. (realistic?) and I want to stay non-anabolic and keep away from the roids. Though temptation sometimes calls my name I'm still roid free.
hey man, thanks for the comment. i think that i have an ok diet. i try to eat about 5-6 times a day. I usually eat things like chickenn, steak, burgers, groundbeef, vegitables, and fruit. so overall it is pretty health. but if you could give me some tips that would be awesome man
Wow man -- my goal of 170 seems puny compared to your 225! LOL. It's all relative, I guess. Well, best of luck with your gains. I've been upping my intake as well -- I'm seeing good strength gains, but not enough weight gains. Slowly but surely. :) I'm 30, btw.
ive been doin it for 2 years aswell..but on and off tho..now im a lil off, i have guts on the abs..im around 18% BF. but im gettin back in the zone tho..whats ur diet like tho? hows ur routine?

Yes it´s a very strange system that guys without own pics can rate or comment here. A few minutes ago a guy commented my arm-pic. He has no pics, no friends etc. But all threads he visited are about steroids!!! How dumb are these people???
No, I don´t know it too! But I have only red points for my forum-answers. A guy (he had trouble with me) has started a poll about me and the synthol-thing. Since that day I have only bad reps. The admins have closed the poll, because it contains pics of me, but the bad reps are still there...

Thanks for adding! After my last cutting I had good 300lbs, 22" arms and 8% bodyfat. But this is 1.5 years ago and my start-weight was "only" 330lbs...

I was reading some of your posts on the threads and I´d like to ask you a few things, as you´re much more informed about bodybuilding than me.
Of all my body parts, I´m definately sure that SHOULDERS are the hardest to train and get mass... and how I wish I could get better.
What´s your work out routine for them?
I weight 158,4 lbs and I save one day just for them, doing 3 exercises with 4 reps each.
